We recently signed on for a rental property through Armstrong Real Estate. Our experience was extremely positive with the whole process from start to finish being straight forward and enjoyable.

Our experience was through Maddison Bannerman and it was superb. Maddison has all the qualities that you would want in a property manager; efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, organised and a great communicator who was very prompt in getting in contact with us and answering any questions that we had.

We would definitely recommend to our friends and family and we look forward to leasing / buying another property through Armstrong Real Estate in the future.

I recently moved from Tasmania, and my family and I struggled a lot to find a new rental house. Every day was a struggle; we went for inspections every day. In one property, I met Simon Anstee, one of the property managers, and I talked to them about my situation. They were very helpful in helping me find a rental house and were helpful throughout the process. Great staff and always grateful for the services I received. Highly recommended.

It was wonderful to work with Sam. He has been there for us in every way when we sold our house. He is super friendly, easy to communicate with, punctual and highly knowledgeable of the current market. I’ll definitely ask him again to help us with realestate business in the future!

Natalyn Taylor my property manager that looks after two of my properties . Her work is outstanding. I would never have thought I could get someone like Nat not only just to look after my two properties but to deal with maintenance and communicate with trades if there is ever anything wrong with the properties. She takes the work out of my hands, deals with any issues and its just a stress free journey for Me . The amount of work and time she puts in is absolutely amazing.. very very happy landlord and I can't thank her highly enough!!

Sam was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He bent over backwards to make the process as painless as possible. We knew he was available if there were ever any issues.
