I met Josh initially when he was selling the house next door to mine. Josh kept in touch with me over the course of the next year, which I appreciated. When I finally decided to sell, I contacted Josh. Throughout the process Josh was professional, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. He is very personable and genuine.
