Leading up to putting our house on the market, we got three market appraisals done. Two were from big name real estate agents and one was from Megan with Armstrong Real Estate. I found the two big name real estate agents to be a bit vague in their knowledge of the area and what we could expect to sell for.

Megan turned up to the appraisal with information on properties that she had recently sold in the area and ones that were currently for sale for us to compare our property to. She told us about how the area was performing, average sale price, average sale timeframe and gave us confidence in that she knew what she was talking about.

Megan walked us through her pricing for the sale with full disclosure, and without trying to push us into a more expensive advertisement package.

Megan’s communication and professionalism, made what I thought was going to be a bit of a daunting process, an absolute walk in the park. From organising opens, to relaying interest and offers back to us and then the process of settlement, it was a pleasure to deal with Megan and her team and I would highly recommend Armstrong Real Estate to anyone who is looking to sell.

   I recently moved from Tasmania, and my family and I struggled a lot to find a new rental house. Every day was a struggle; we went for inspections every day. In one property, I met Simon Anstee, one of the property managers, and I talked to them about my situation. They were very helpful in helping me find a rental house and were helpful throughout the process.

   It was wonderful to work with Sam. He has been there for us in every way when we sold our house. He is super friendly, easy to communicate with, punctual and highly knowledgeable of the current market.    Natalyn Taylor my property manager that looks after two of my properties . Her work is outstanding. I would never have thought I could get someone like Nat not only just to look after my two properties but to deal with maintenance and communicate with trades if there is ever anything wrong with the properties. She takes the work out of my hands, deals with any issues and its just a stress free journey for Me .
