As first home buyers, never having purchased in AU and not knowing the process, we were nervous about purchasing a home.
Michael has a very pleasant demeanour and was happy to answer our (many) questions and recommend services. I appreciated that he was flexible and worked around our schedule, which meant we could sign our offer documents after COB. Michael responds promptly to emails/calls/texts. It was a short settlement but none the less working with Michael made us feel at ease as he guided us through the purchasing process.

Overall, the staff at Armstrong Real Estate are friendly and are able to provide pleasant and helpful service. They have great knowledge of the area and market.

I encourage potiential purchasers to pop into their office (or call) as the staff and friendly, they have many properties available and are able to help you find a home that suits your requirements.

   I recently moved from Tasmania, and my family and I struggled a lot to find a new rental house. Every day was a struggle; we went for inspections every day. In one property, I met Simon Anstee, one of the property managers, and I talked to them about my situation. They were very helpful in helping me find a rental house and were helpful throughout the process.

   It was wonderful to work with Sam. He has been there for us in every way when we sold our house. He is super friendly, easy to communicate with, punctual and highly knowledgeable of the current market.    Natalyn Taylor my property manager that looks after two of my properties . Her work is outstanding. I would never have thought I could get someone like Nat not only just to look after my two properties but to deal with maintenance and communicate with trades if there is ever anything wrong with the properties. She takes the work out of my hands, deals with any issues and its just a stress free journey for Me .    Sam was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He bent over backwards to make the process as painless as possible. We knew he was available if there were ever any issues.
