After buying, selling and renting a few homes we felt pretty clued up with the real estate game! Not so. Megan stands out as the most professional, honest and knowledgeable agent we have dealt with. She knew all the ins and outs of the property we purchased and really took control of the process. We clicked with Megan’s straight talking approach and friendly nature, never second guessing anything she said – how refreshing! Within a week, she had sold us our dream home.
Also super impressed with Megan’s commitment. Instead of busying herself with other listings after our sale (which is understandable!), we are still communicating back and forth on a variety of things that probably aren’t her responsibility but she is following through on anyway. Only someone who is really good at their job would bother doing that. What a champ!

   I recently moved from Tasmania, and my family and I struggled a lot to find a new rental house. Every day was a struggle; we went for inspections every day. In one property, I met Simon Anstee, one of the property managers, and I talked to them about my situation. They were very helpful in helping me find a rental house and were helpful throughout the process.

   It was wonderful to work with Sam. He has been there for us in every way when we sold our house. He is super friendly, easy to communicate with, punctual and highly knowledgeable of the current market.    Natalyn Taylor my property manager that looks after two of my properties . Her work is outstanding. I would never have thought I could get someone like Nat not only just to look after my two properties but to deal with maintenance and communicate with trades if there is ever anything wrong with the properties. She takes the work out of my hands, deals with any issues and its just a stress free journey for Me .
