We chose to go with Armstrong Realestate as we wanted a young and vibrant agent to sell our home. This is the second house we have sold and choosing Megan and Michael was the right option. We have made mistakes in the past choosing a named realestate that just wants to spend your dollars to market their own brand. The team at Armstrong realestate were exactly what we were looking for. They had a direct client baise for the area and with in not time our house was sold for the top $ in the range. We originally engaged with them because they live in the area and have local knowledge , once we met them we could instantly see the passion they had to sell our home. Choosing the right realestate can be a daunting process, you need to be able to trust the agent, Megan and Michael had our trust right from the beginning.
