Danielle from the Maintenance Team, has been very prompt and diligent whenever I have requested maintenance on my rental property. This week in particular with the wild weather, a few roof tiles became dislodged and she organised a tradesman to come and fix the issue the next day. Her communication is prompt and knowledgeable, she is a credit to her team.
