A big shout out to Kimie

We have had our property managed for the past four years with Armstrong Real Estate. They have been great to deal with, even recently with the ‘tenant from hell’. A big shout out to Kimie who has handled this with professionalism and compassion. Kimie provided us with great advice right from the start and after following same, we finally had success in our fourth VCAT hearing. Unfortunately the tenant left the property in a poor state owing us several months rent and a repair bill in excess of $15k (None of the damage was evident during regular inspections). Kimie went above and beyond and lodged our insurance claim on our behalf, providing comprehensive documents supporting our claim. This service was invaluable, with our claim being accepted without question, no doubt due to Kimie’s meticulous reports. Due to other circumstances, we will not be continuing our property management with Armstrong Real Estate, however would not hesitate in returning. Thanks again Kimie.
