I cannot thank and commend enough the work of Ashleigh Graham, Property Manager, for Armstrong Real Estate. For me it was outstanding in terms of professionalism, elite communication skills, compassion and empathy.
From the moment my application was made, Ashleigh and the whole team provided professional and timely updates to the conclusion and handover of the property. We all know how stressful these processes can be, so many other agencies do not respond, provide updates, and do not always provide all of the correct information.
For me because of the empathy and emotional intelligence of Ashleigh and the team, this was a gold plated, diamond encrusted 10/10 experience for my daughters and I.
