The thought of selling first home seemed like a daunting experience as we had never experienced what was required to sell a property. We decided early on to sell with Armstrong Real Estate as they specialise in the Armstrong Creek area and after early meetings it was clear they had a great knowledge of the area and the market. We had already looked at new places to purchase and experienced the work of some real estate agents working as individuals to get a sale, but at Armstrong Real Estate it was much more of a team effort. During the whole process we meet with and spoke to several people from Armstrong Real Estate whether it was in regards to advertising, open houses or negotiations. It was a good feeling knowing the support that was behind us to sell our home. Communication was always honest and effective which lead to a successful sale of our property and a good result for all involved. Highly recommended and would be happy to deal with Armstrong Real Estate again hopefully when either purchasing or selling.

   I recently moved from Tasmania, and my family and I struggled a lot to find a new rental house. Every day was a struggle; we went for inspections every day. In one property, I met Simon Anstee, one of the property managers, and I talked to them about my situation. They were very helpful in helping me find a rental house and were helpful throughout the process.

   It was wonderful to work with Sam. He has been there for us in every way when we sold our house. He is super friendly, easy to communicate with, punctual and highly knowledgeable of the current market.    Natalyn Taylor my property manager that looks after two of my properties . Her work is outstanding. I would never have thought I could get someone like Nat not only just to look after my two properties but to deal with maintenance and communicate with trades if there is ever anything wrong with the properties. She takes the work out of my hands, deals with any issues and its just a stress free journey for Me .    Sam was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He bent over backwards to make the process as painless as possible. We knew he was available if there were ever any issues.
