Megan was fabulous to work with, from beginning to end. We put our property on the market at the rather difficult time of it being just prior to Christmas, so it was not traditionally a good time to sell! But Megan worked tirelessly to engage potential buyers, and put in an enormous amount of effort to ensure we received the best price. We ended up receiving more than we had hoped, predominantly due to Megan’s negotiating skills, personality, and ability to liaise with buyers. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, and we had regular contact with her, even over the Christmas period. Megan is approachable, friendly, knows the Armstrong Creek area very well and was the most truthful, relaxed and trust-worthy agent we have ever worked with. We have sold homes in Melbourne before, and Megan was completely the opposite to some of the agents we have dealt with in Melbourne – the difference was startling! We were so grateful for the service Megan provided us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Armstrong Creek area.
