Once I had decided to lease out my property, I had no hesitations in contacting Armstrong Real Estate first, as I’d seen them advertised in my estate and had heard great things.  Upon speaking with them initially, I felt extremely comfortable dealing with them and felt no need to contact any other agents.  I was happy with their fees, and extremely pleased with Sammy’s promptness to get the ball rolling.

Sammy has been wonderful to deal with from the very beginning.  She is very accessible and easy to get hold of when need be, which has been excellent for someone like myself who is quite impatient.  She was able to secure tenants with fantastic references etc., only 1 day after the first OFI, which was extremely pleasing and satisfying.

I would say go with Sammy.  She has been a delight to deal with so far and I have great confidence in her abilities and trust her with my property whole-heartedly.
