As stressful as it can be finding a new rental property in a short designated period of time; Maddison Bannerman from Armstrong Real Estate made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible.

In the start for our search for a new home my partner and I began looking on popular real estate websites and noticed that Maddison had quiet a few under her name but we thought nothing of it at the time, little did we know this amazing real estate agent with her name all over properties was going to find us our new home.

After applying for a rental through Maddi she gave us the call to let us know we had unfortunately been declined. However in the same phone call Maddi let us know about a new build that was about to come on for lease. She allowed us to put our name in for it and within days we were accepted into a beautiful new home in Armstrong Creek.

I had been warned by numerous people that finding a rental property was going to be strenuous and stressful, but within weeks of looking and having the right real estate agent to help us along, the process was quick, easy and most importantly stress free; as we had our work lives that we could not put on pause for this period of time.
