Another New Shopping Precinct Coming to Central Boulevard

Big things are coming to Central Boulevard, with a brand-new shopping precinct on the horizon. Designed by Peddle Thorp Architects, this upcoming development is set to bring even more convenience, retail variety, and amenities to Armstrong Creek.

Construction Update: Armstrong Creek Woolworths Project Underway

Civelete has announced the start of earthworks on the new Woolworths project at Armstrong Creek Town Centre, in partnership with AMS Constructions Group. This is another exciting addition to the growing retail landscape in our area.

Despite winter’s unpredictable weather, the team has already made great progress, lime stabilisation is complete, and significant material has been moved. Having also worked on the nearby fast-food strip and car park, Civelete is continuing to play a major role in shaping Armstrong Creek’s expanding infrastructure.
