As a Portfolio Manager, Fran is the vital link between Renters and Rental Providers. Her days start early, with her reviewing overnight emails and planning the day ahead. From lodging maintenance requests and returning calls to assessing applications, reviewing inspection reports, and handling essential administrative tasks, she ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Each afternoon, she maps out the next day, keeping her portfolio running smoothly and proactively.
Before joining the team, Fran spent more than 10 years as a Body Corporate Manager. This experience sharpened her strengths in communication, service, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, skills that now give her an edge in navigating complex situations with ease and professionalism.
Working at Armstrong Real Estate allows Fran to apply her industry knowledge while continuing to grow through new challenges, such as joining BNI.
Born in Northern Ireland, Fran moved to Australia with her family in 1970. Now based locally, Fran loves exploring the community, especially breakfast at The Local Eatery in Armstrong Creek, a bustling spot she happily calls her Sunday tradition.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her adventuring outdoors. Camping and taking every chance to escape to bushland, riversides, and national parks. Whether off-grid or enjoying the amenities of a caravan park, camping is where she recharges and feels most alive.
