As the first point of contact for clients, she prides herself on making every interaction feel welcoming and stress-free, whether someone is enquiring about a rental, asking their first question about buying, or navigating a major life milestone.
Her experience spans retail, hospitality and nursing, industries that taught her patience, compassion and the importance of truly listening. It was during a year spent working in the mountains of Canada that she discovered her passion for customer experience and realized she wanted a career built around helping people.
Born and raised in Geelong and a proud local of the 3217 region since 2017, she has watched the area grow into the vibrant community it is today. She loves the friendly nature of the neighborhood, where everyone says hello and feels privileged to support local clients with an honest and empathy approach.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her running, walking, or discovering new places along the Surf Coast. She’s a passionate traveller and loves exploring new countries across Europe, Canada and Asia, always seeking out new cultures and experiences.
