We first approached Armstrong Real Estate due to market presence and the recently sold listings similar to our home. Approx 7 Different Real estate Agents were contacted by us initially on a Saturday Morning and it was only Armstrong Creek and One other that answered our calls end enquiries, which we greatly appreciated. I believe it is important that the agents are contactable whether it is by us or our tenant if there is any issue and didn’t like the idea of just leaving a message on a Saturday Morning. We understand that agents are not available 24/7 however Saturday Morning i felt they needed to be contactable as Armstrong Creek Real estate was.
I Originally spoke to Megan and was very impressed on the phone from the initial contact, and the assistance given.
Every conversation has been a positive and very informative one, being a Landlord in another state it is important to have someone who is confident and honest to be looking after your property for you, and nothing we have asked for as been too much trouble which has been very helpful to us.

We have had dealings now with a several of the girls from the agency and have been greatly impressed with every single one, we are looking to invest in the future in the area and are confident we will be staying with the same agent and have just recommended them to other family members who are also from Sydney and are building in the Armstrong Creek Area, and will be requiring Property Managers in the new year.
