Working as a Field Officer at Armstrong Real Estate, Pellegrino Devita spends most of his days out on the road, visiting properties and making sure every detail is documented accurately. He handles routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and a wide range of on site tasks that keep the property management process running smoothly. Clear communication and precise reporting matter to him, and he’s passionate about reducing stress for clients and colleagues by ensuring information is always reliable.
Real estate has been part of Pellegrino’s life from a young age, thanks to his family’s involvement in property and holiday letting. That early exposure shaped his understanding of the industry and gave him the confidence to step into the field professionally. Originally from Adelaide and raised on the Gold Coast, he has settled into life in Geelong, quickly building a connection to the community through the neighbourhoods he visits each day. He values hard work, honesty, and respect, and brings those principles into every job he completes.
When he’s not working, Pellegrino enjoys staying active at the gym, catching live music, watching AFL, and spending time with friends and family. He loves exploring new places and travelling whenever he gets the chance. What he enjoys most about Armstrong Real Estate is the supportive team environment and the variety the role offers - no two days look the same, and there’s always something new to learn.
