The 3217 Spring Front Yard Competition is Back!
Spring has arrived in full bloom across Armstrong Creek, Mount Duneed, and Charlemont and that means one thing: it’s time for the annual Armstrong Real Estate Spring Front Yard Competition!
From manicured lawns to bursts of colour and creative displays, this local favourite celebrates the passion and pride our community puts into making every front yard shine.
This year, we’ve added an exciting twist — winners will be decided through a mix of community votes and an expert judging panel featuring Confetti Blooms and Zorba’s Garden and Armstrong Real Estate. Together, we’ll be recognising gardens that go above and beyond in creativity, colour, and care.
How It Works
Residents from Armstrong Creek, Mount Duneed, and Charlemont are invited to register their homes for the chance to win fantastic prizes. Once entries closed, our team deliver custom competition signs to each participating home and capture photos for the official voting form.
Community members then vote for their favourite front yards online, bringing neighbours together to celebrate the beautiful spaces that make our suburbs so special.
Prizes Up for Grabs
This year’s competition features four exciting categories, with amazing prizes:
- Best Overall Garden – $600 Bunnings Voucher
- Most Creative Garden – Two native trees (40cm pots, valued at $450)
- Best Use of Colour – $200 Confetti Blooms Voucher
- Best Lawn – $100 Eftpos Voucher
