I recently moved from Tasmania, and my family and I struggled a lot to find a new rental house. Every day was a struggle; we went for inspections every day. In one property, I met Simon Anstee, one of the property managers, and I talked to them about my situation. They were very helpful in helping me find a rental house and were helpful throughout the process.
Great staff and always grateful for the services I received. Highly recommended.

It was wonderful to work with Sam. He has been there for us in every way when we sold our house. He is super friendly, easy to communicate with, punctual and highly knowledgeable of the current market. I’ll definitely ask him again to help us with realestate business in the future!

Natalyn Taylor my property manager that looks after two of my properties . Her work is outstanding. I would never have thought I could get someone like Nat not only just to look after my two properties but to deal with maintenance and communicate with trades if there is ever anything wrong with the properties. She takes the work out of my hands, deals with any issues and its just a stress free journey for Me . The amount of work and time she puts in is absolutely amazing.. very very happy landlord and I can't thank her highly enough!!

Sam was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He bent over backwards to make the process as painless as possible. We knew he was available if there were ever any issues. He did his best to get the best outcome for us, and we are more than happy to recommend him to anyone who wants to know!

Victor sold our block of land in record time!!!!! He made the process very smooth and communicated with us throughout. Highly recommend Victor if you have land to sell in the area.

We purchased our first home in January 2024. Our experience with Sam McLachlan was fantastic through out the process. Want to give a special thanks to Ashleigh Graham here. I am in an awkward situation where I have to leave the country just a little bit before the lease end. Ashleigh has been answering my enquiries in a professional, kind and patient manner. Although to me problems are still not fixed, Ashleigh is a heart warming person to work with.
