Field Officer

In her role as a Field Officer at Armstrong Real Estate, Carly conducts various out-of-office inspections and appointments, allowing Property Managers to focus on their responsibilities within the office. She emphasizes the importance of treating clients the way she would want to be treated, listening to their needs, and providing effective solutions.

Carly brings extensive management experience and effective communication skills to her position. Her passion for home designs and real estate, as well as the inspiration she draws from her husband's work ethic and positivity, drive her professional endeavours.

Carly and her family live in Torquay, and they love the Surf Coast and Geelong areas for their great coffee, shopping, local sports activities, and beautiful beaches. Her core values include kindness, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, supporting local cafes and restaurants, and attending her daughter's sports events.
